Returns Policy

Eligibility for Return or Exchange:

  1. Incorrect, Incomplete, Defective, or Damaged Items: Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days after delivery if they are incorrect, incomplete, defective, or damaged.
  2. Unboxing Video: A complete unboxing video of the received product is necessary for processing returns or exchanges.
  3. Unstitched Items Only: Products cannot be returned or exchanged if they have already been stitched.
  4. Color and Texture Variations: Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting during photoshoots, the exact color or texture may slightly vary. Products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  5. Condition of Items: Items that have been washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
  6. Product Care Issues: Hzma Fashions is not responsible for bleeding, print damage, or color fading due to washing.
  7. Shipping Costs: Customers will bear the shipping costs for non-damaged items. Hzma Fashions will cover shipping costs for wrong merchandise only.
  8. Sale and Discount Items: Items from our Sale and Discount sections are not eligible for exchange or return.
  9. Product Add-Ons: Matching trousers/dupattas are not eligible for exchange.
  10. No Monetary Refunds: Monetary refunds are not offered on purchased items. Customers can either exchange the product within 3 days or receive store credit for future purchases.
  11. Misuse of Returns Policy: Hzma Fashions reserves the right to reject a return request if the policy is found to be misused or if a product is returned with missing tags and components.
  12. Policy Updates: Hzma Fashions reserves the right to update the exchange and return policy without prior notice.

Order Cancellation Policy

Paid Orders:

  • Paid orders, including custom stitch products, cannot be canceled once shipped or processed for stitching. The Exchange and Return Policy will apply for cancellations in these cases.
  • Hzma Fashions has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or declined credit card payments.

Pre-Booking Orders:

  • Pre-booking orders are not eligible for cancellation.

International Orders:

  • International orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

  1. Condition of Product: The product must be in the same condition as delivered, unworn, unwashed, and without any flaws. Original tags and packaging must be included.
  2. Proof of Purchase: The item needs to have the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
  3. Unboxing Video: A complete unboxing video is required for any damaged product claims.
  4. Discounted Items: Items on discounted prices are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
  5. Formal/Chiffon Collection: Items from the formal/chiffon collection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  6. Change of Mind: Returns or exchanges due to a change of mind are not applicable for stitched or tailor-made fabric.
  7. Authenticity Claims: All products are 100% original. Claims of non-authenticity must be supported by proof from the brand; otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

Procedure for Returns or Exchange

Via Email:

  • Email us at hzma.fashions.sales@gmail.com. Include the following information:
  1. Order number
  2. Phone number/Email ID
  3. Complete details of your issue
  4. Complete unboxing video of the received product
  5. Video of the problem in question

Shipment Method for Return or Exchange

Once you have created your return request, our customer care team will guide you on shipping the product back. Depending on your location, you will either take the product to the nearest drop-off point or wait for our pick-up service (available in selected areas). It may take 3–4 working days for your return shipment to arrive at the origin.

Refunds or Exchange Policy

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be initiated to your preferred payment method within 48 hours.

Exchanges:

  • Exchange shipments will follow our standard delivery time (3 to 5 business days) from the time of shipping. You will receive an exchange of equal value to your original order.
