At Hzma Fashions, we are dedicated to delivering your purchased products with utmost care. Each outfit is sanitized, modestly packed, and promptly delivered to your doorstep.
ORDERS WITHIN PAKISTAN

DELIVERY OUTSIDE KARACHI WITHIN PAKISTAN

    • For COD we use Leopards Couriers.
    • Courier Charges will be charged as per actuals.
    • After order placement, our representative will contact the customer for confirmation of the order and advise delivery charges.
    • Delivery Charges must be paid in advance after order confirmation within 12 hours.
    • If delivery charges was not paid within the desired period the order is considered to be canceled.

    INTERNATIONAL AND LOCAL ORDERS

    1. DELIVERY TIMELINE
      Luxury Pret: 4-5 weeks
      Formals: 6-8 weeks
      Bridals: 8-12 weeks
      Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors such as:
    • Brand launches
    • Pre-booking (done 10 to 15 days in advance)
    • Incorrect customer shipping details/contact information
    • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., national holidays, logistics issues)

    1.1: For international orders, delivery timelines may fluctuate by ±3 weeks.
    1.2: This is the standard delivery timeline. However, depending on slot availability, order type (normal/fast track), and season, the timeframe may vary.
    1.3: All custom stitching orders require advance payment.
    1.4: Custom stitch orders take an additional 20 to 30 working days.
    1.5: A 25% advance payment is required for all custom/manual orders.

    Important: Hzma Fashions will not compensate for delays due to the aforementioned reasons, and no claims/disputes will be entertained.

    Due to Government restrictions, shipment delays may occur without any liability against Hzma Fashions. Federal/Provincial Government orders/amendments, beyond the control of Hzma Fashions, may cause delays.

    1. RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL
      All packages are securely sealed before shipping. To ensure a pleasant shopping experience, please follow these steps:
    2. Check the external condition of the package for any signs of damage or tampering.
    3. If concerned about the condition, do not sign or accept the package. Hand it back to the courier, and we will replace the items.
    4. Record a video while opening the package to compare with our packing video.
    5. If the product is tampered with or missing, contact Customer Care at 0334 301 6665 within 24 hours of receipt.
    6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
      Customs Duty is a tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders, protecting each country’s economy. International orders are subject to import procedures for customs clearance, which depends on:
    • Country of origin
    • Value including transport charges
    • Quantity of goods

    Important Points:

    • We ship your package “Duty and Taxes” unpaid.
    • Fees will be collected on delivery.
    • Customs, import, and collection fees are the customer’s responsibility.
    • Customs authorities require the order value to be stated on the package.
    • Taxes and fees vary by location, material, item value, etc.
    • Consignees in Saudi Arabia must have a valid commercial registration with Saudi Customs.
    • If a valid registration is not provided, the shipment will return to the origin without notice.
    1. ORDER PLACEMENT
      Payment Methods:
      -Bank Wire: Orders are on hold for 2 hours after confirmation email. If payment is made after this period, check stock availability or request a hold.

    4.1: Product availability is not guaranteed if payment is delayed.
    4.2: If a product is out of stock, you will be offered alternatives within the same price range.
    4.3: Orders may be canceled without notification if no confirmation is received.
    4.4: Orders are processed after payment and confirmation details are provided.

    Payment Confirmation:

    • Bank Deposit/OT: Email the slip/transaction number and order number.
    1. COLOR ACCURACY
      We strive to display product colors accurately on our website. However, actual colors may vary based on screen resolution and settings.
    2. DELIVERY PROOF
      Electronic delivery proof will be provided within 7 days of the delivery date for both local and international orders.
    3. CUSTOMER DISPUTES
      Hzma Fashions is not responsible for disputes filed after 7 days from the order placement date. Customers must return the delivered product to the given address for resolution.
